Are your products 100% authentic and original?

Absolutely! All items in our store are guaranteed authentic. We source directly from official Pop Mart stores and trusted partners, and every product can be verified for originality. Our goal is to ensure a smooth and reliable experience for collectors who value genuine blind boxes and toys. We understand how important trust is when purchasing trendy collectibles, so we strictly avoid counterfeits of any kind.

Can I choose the character inside the blind box?

Blind boxes are all about the surprise — the character inside is random and sealed, just like from Pop Mart! We donot open or peek inside, unless specifically marked as "confirmed" or "revealed".

What’s the difference between “custom” and “original” Labubu?

“Original” refers to a factory-sealed designer toy from Pop Mart — untouched and straight from the box.
“Custom” means the toy has been artistically modified and styled by us. This includes handmade clothing, repaints, accessories, or themed redesigns. We only use authentic Pop Mart Labubu figures (V1 or V2) as the base for our custom creations, ensuring every piece is both genuine and one-of-a-kind.

Where do you ship from?

Due to U.S. customs regulations, in-stock items for U.S. customers are shipped from our New York location. Custom-made products are gift-packaged and air-shipped directly from our studio in China.
For all other international orders, items are typically shipped from our warehouse in Shanghai.

How long will it take to receive my order?

For U.S. customers, in-stock items usually ship from New York and arrive within 3–7 business days.
For international customers outside the U.S., delivery times depend on your location and shipping method.

In general:

  • In-stock items: arrive in 5–12 business days
  • Custom-made items: take about 2–4 weeks from order to delivery

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Due to the blind box and handmade nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or significantly different from what you ordered.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. After that window, processing begins and we’re unable to make changes or issue a cancellation.
